Copied from Someone's Blog

I frequent MANY blogs. On one of them, the writer has a post every wednesday called "WORSHIP WEDNESDAY". I will confess for awhile I just skipped over it if it was wednesday, but this week I read it. This is an EXACT COPY OF HER BLOG POST and a link to her blog. I'm changing not only the outside of my body this year, but the inside too.

Song Title: “Our Hope Endures”
The story behind why I like this song:
Continuing with the theme of hope

Why do I like this song? Well, let me put it like this… You know how sometimes I like to bold the specific lines that speak to me in a special way? Yeah, well I could pretty much bold this entire song. It’s no secret… life is not easy or fair. We’ve all had our share (or perhaps more than our share!) of trials and hardships. But it’s okay. God has not promised that things will be easy. But he does promise he’ll be there. That hope endures through whatever we’re going through.

Take a look at these beautiful lyrics…Lyrics:
You would think only so much can go wrong.
Calamity only strikes once.
And you assume this one has suffered her share.
Life will be kinder from here.

Oh, but sometimes the sun stays hidden for years,
Sometimes the sky rains night after night.
When will it clear?

But our Hope endures the worst of conditions.
It’s more than our optimism.
Let the earth quake,
Our Hope is unchanged.

How do we comprehend peace within pain?
Or joy at a good man’s wake?
Walk a mile with the woman whose body is racked
With illness, oh how can she laugh?

Oh, ’cause sometimes the sun stays hidden for years,
Sometimes the sky rains night after night.
When will it clear?

But our Hope endures the worst of conditions.
It’s more than our optimism.
Let the earth quake,Our Hope is unchanged.

Emmanuel, God is with us,
El Shaddai, all sufficient.
We never walk alone,
And this is our hope.

Our Hope endures the worst of conditions.
It’s more than our optimism.
Let the earth quake,Our Hope is unchanged.
